East Bay Boulevard will be open by the end of the day (Tue., July 18) to thru traffic between Bergren Road and Edgewood Drive in Navarre but will remain an active construction zone.

Motorists should still expect delays due to intermittent lane closures for shoulder work for the duration of the project. Weather permitting, the project is expected to be completed by the end of the year.
