Career Online High School Program offered through Santa Rosa County Library System

The Santa Rosa County Library System participates in the Career Online High School (COHS) program. This program provides adults 19 and older an opportunity to earn an accredited high school diploma and career certificate online.

The library’s program offers a limited number of scholarships to qualified adult learners who are looking to advance their careers, prepare for workforce entry and continue their education. The deadline to apply is March 31 to allow applicants adequate time to complete a two-week prerequisite course, an in-person interview and a 30-day probationary period before the end of the fiscal year June 1. To apply, applicants must first complete the online self-assessment.

Santa Rosa County has had five graduates from the 2016-17 program year and have awarded one scholarship for the 2018-19 program. Nine scholarships are still available. For more information, email COHS@santarosa.fl.gov or visit www.santarosa.fl.gov/libraries.
