[ARCHIVED] Santa Rosa County BOCC to hold two budget and infrastructure workshops in April

The Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will hold two budget and infrastructure workshops this month. The first will be Mon., Apr. 15, 6-8 p.m. at Woodbine Church, 5200 Woodbine Rd. in Pace. The second will be Tues., Apr. 23, 6-8 pm at Tiger Point Community Center, 1370 Tiger Point Lane in Gulf Breeze.

The purpose of these workshops is to provide an opportunity to learn more about the county’s budget process, share how funding from the local option sales tax, gas tax and property tax is spent to meet the priorities established in the budget, and review other options available to meet additional needs. Staff from county administration, budget, public works, public safety and engineering will be in attendance along with one or more county commissioners.
