[ARCHIVED] Animal shelter offers reduced adoption fees for Christmas

Shelter offers "Home for the Howlidays" reduced adoption fees to get pets in homes for Christmas

'Tis the season! Santa Rosa County Animal Services is participating in “Home for the Howlidays” with reduced adoption fees the week of December 16 - 21 to help clear the shelter for Christmas. All animals adopted during this time are spayed or neutered and come with age-appropriate vaccinations. Dogs and puppies are available for a fee of $20 while cats and kittens can be adopted for $10.

"We are hoping to clear the kennels and find our 'fur babies' a loving forever home," said Dora Thomason, animal services supervisor.

For more information, view the animal shelter's database online, call 850-983-4680 or visit the shelter at 4451 Pine Forest Road in Milton, Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. or Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.
