Genealogy enthusiasts are invited to join Margaret Chatraw for "Who is James Blanchett?" as she discusses how she located the descendants of an infant in a photograph on Sat., Feb. 29, 10 a.m. at the Genealogy Library, 6275 Dogwood Drive in Milton. This program is free and open to the public.
