The Gulf Consortium welcomes public input and review of the third proposed amendment to the RESTORE Spill Component State Expenditure Plan (SEP). There will be a 45-day public review and comment period before the amended plan is sent to the U.S. Treasury Department for consideration. The proposed amendments were approved by the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners during the Oct. 22 board meeting and submitted to the Gulf Consortium for inclusion.Residents can view the proposed SEP amendments at www.gulfconsortium.org/draft-sep-amendment-3.
