For the safety and well-being of residents and employees, Santa Rosa County Development Services is closed until further notice due to COVID-19.

Permits and inspections will be delayed temporarily. Inspections are prioritized and may be carried over. Residents are asked to utilize Santa Rosa County Development Services using the following alternatives:

• Request an address at this link.
• Permitting applications are available online and may be submitted to srcpermits@santarosa.fl.gov.

• Zoning applications are available online and may be submitted to Cameron Drain, Camerond@santrosa.fl.gov or 850-981-7086.

• Inspections may be requested in the following ways:
  • Automated Hello System: 850-981-7050
  • Contractors may use Contractor Console in GoPermits.
  • Complete this form to request.
• Plans for review may be placed in the drop boxes located at the main office, 6051 Old Bagdad Hwy. in Milton or at the south service center, 5841 Gulf Breeze Pkwy. in Gulf Breeze.
• General inquiries may be submitted to WebEmail-DevelopmentServices@santarosa.fl.gov.
