Santa Rosa County contracted with the Mott MacDonald team as part of RFQ 21-042 for data collection, traffic analysis and schematic design of Woodbine Road improvements. Data collection efforts are underway with topographic survey performed by Southeastern Surveying and Mapping Corporation, and traffic data collection (including roadway tube counts) completed by HSA Consulting Group.
