[ARCHIVED] Adam Carroll selected as Santa Rosa County's Employee of the Quarter

Commission Chairman Bob Cole and County Administrator Dan Schebler recognize Adam Carroll

Adam Carroll, electrical plans examiner, was selected as Santa Rosa County's employee of the quarter. Adam has been employed with the development services department since July 2017 and has shown to possess the attributes of an exceptional employee.

Adam always has a proper attitude regardless of the circumstances, has exceptional critical thinking skills and has brought a fresh set of eyes to the team. He is constantly looking at ways to improve the department’s operations and many of his recommendations have brought forth changes in electrical permitting procedures. Adam is extremely knowledgeable in his discipline, consistent, dependable, honest, self-motivated and works with great integrity. He believes in teamwork, is a great team player and has a natural borne leadership quality. Of all his talents, Adam is also a very humble person and a great asset to the county.

"During the second quarter of this year, Adam conducted 742 inspections in addition to performing his full-time plan review and project management responsibilities," said Building Official Rhonda Royals. "Adam provides excellent customer service to our residents and we are proud to have him on our team."
