These plans need not be professionally drawn, but should include the following information, if available. Also, it is helpful if conceptual plans are drawn to scale with dimensions.

Existing site conditions (bringing a recent property survey is helpful)
Proposed building location, access and parking layouts
Information and location of areas for other proposed uses on-site
